Attendance policy – Trainees are expected to remain present at least 90% of the total sessions. For absence, written documents must be submitted for causes like: serious illness, accident or death of any immediate family member.
Consequences of absent – If any trainee is found absent for more than 10% in any subject without a valid justification, his/her name is automatically be cancelled from the said course. In addition to that he/she will not be allowed to take part in the course ending examinations.
Late coming - At the same time latecomers in the classes will not be allowed to attend the session after maximum of ten minutes from the starting time.
Student conduct – all trainees are expected to behave as civilised people, both within and outside the Institute premise. For any conduct that damage the reputation of or dishonour the institute, the disciplinary committee may take actions and impose penalty including expulsion from the institute.
Use of cigarette, alcohol and drug - The institute will be a completely smoking free zone as per government declaration for all educational institutes. The responsibility remains with trainees that they will never bring any cigarettes, and any legal or illegal alcoholic drinks and drugs of any sort in the institute premises. Any violation of this need to be dealt by individual trainees and actions will be taken as per the law of the country.
Academic ethics – trainees must follow high standard of ethics of academic life. They need to show their performance without any improper or unauthorised help. Disciplinary actions will be taken against the trainees in cases of proven dishonesty, plagiarism, cheating and any inappropriate behaviour.
Uniform Code - All trainees require clothing to a design and consistency approved by the institute authority. Uniform should at all times be neat and clean and meet the standard of the institute.
